科研简介
主要从事海洋药源生物活性物质产业化应用关键技术研究、福建省特色资源有效活性成分的分离纯化技术及产业化技术研究、微生物药物代谢调控及工业规模放大效应和优化控制技术研究、以及抗代谢综合症、抗肿瘤和抗阿尔兹海默症药物的筛选和机理研究工作。主持并参与了十多项国家和省部级科研项目,已在J AGR FOOD CHEM,FOOD CHEM,CARBOHYD POLYM,INT J BIOL MACROMOL等SCI杂志发表论文60余篇,获授权发明专利16项。
